The Learning Management Team of the Graduate School of Public and Development Management (GSPDM) conducted the DAP marketing event for its Master in Public Management major in Development and Security (MPM-DevSec) Batch 13. The potential students are senior officers from the Armed Forces of the Philippines and allied countries, such as South Korea, Brunei, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.
Dr. Alan Cajes, GSPDM dean, discussed the program’s academic framework and theory of change. Prof. Julio Amador III, the program’s supervising fellow, briefed the students on the nature and relevance of the courses to their careers.
The MPM-DevSec is a customized degree program designed by the DAP-GSPDM for the students of the AFPCGSC. This program focuses on the interplay of governance, development and security and all its intersecting aspects towards the overarching goal of nation building.
